Louise Murgia serves as Director of Operations for the Lymphatic Malformations Alliance, overseeing organizational operations, governance support, and program implementation. With more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she has managed operations, membership programs, volunteer engagement, conferences, and strategic initiatives for national nonprofit organizations.
Louise is passionate about building strong systems that help mission-driven organizations thrive. At the Alliance, she helps strengthen the organization's ability to support patients and families while advancing education, advocacy, community, and research.
